What is your refund policy?

Do to the nature of our services we do not offer refunds for missed training opportunities or participant technical complications. However, a full or partial refund may be issued in the event that a Teach. Learn. Inspire staff member has technical difficulties and is unable to perform the training or needs to cancel for any reason.

What technology is required to attend a virtual training?

All of our training is currently offered via Zoom. Participants will need at least a free basic Zoom account and a device with audio and video. A computer is preferred but tablets and cell phones work as well.

Why am I required to have my video turned on during a training?

Having your video on provides a more personal experience and helps encourage participation. Also, since participants must attend the entire training to receive Growing Futures credit, it allows me to monitor participation and attendance.

Why do I have to pre-register on Zoom? I never had to do that before.

As of August 2020, Growing Futures changed their policies on how attendance must be taken in the Zoom platform. They require Teach. Learn. Inspire. to have all guests register in the Zoom platform. At the end of the training, this information is submitted to Growing Futures as supporting documentation for hourly credit.
